Oenosablier

Our star product, the 2-liter stainless steel size Oenosablier (Hourglass-shaped spittoon) is particularly adapted for seated tastings, tastings at tables and especially when there are sessions of wine selections or wine competitions.

The Oenosablier smaller 2-liter size gives room for the Taster to take Notes usually in a space that is often crowded with bottles, glasses and other items. With this model, in a wink of an eye, your  standard meeting spaces become professional tasting rooms without complicated installations nor heavy equipment.

Large as it is elegant, the Oenosablier (Hourglass-shaped spittoon) 4-liter size is best suited for large public gatherings with high volume such as wine conferences and trade shows. It can supplement the smaller Oenosabliers, 1-liter or 2-liters, by being placed in strategic isles on stands or counter tops where there are lots of tasting traffic between stands.  This helps to counter stagnant traffic and smoothens the movement of tasters from one area to another.
