Large as it is elegant, the Oenosablier (Hourglass-shaped spittoon) 4-liter size is best suited for large public gatherings with high volume such as wine conferences and trade shows. It can supplement the smaller Oenosabliers, 1-liter or 2-liters, by being placed in strategic isles on stands or counter tops where there are lots of tasting traffic between stands. This helps to counter stagnant traffic and smoothens the movement of tasters from one area to another.
